2005 Race Results

October 29, 2005

Traveling to Rockford IL for a make up date with the ASA Lated models. Started 25th and finished 9th.

October 17,2005

Winchester Modified race qualifed third our of 36 cars, started 9th and finished second.

October 7, 2005

ASA Late Model race at Lacross. Qualified 20th out of 46 cars, started 20th, finished 12th after damage to front end.

September 18, 2005

The racing team traveled to Mansfield Speedway for a modified race. 75 cars for $15,000 to win. Qualifed 12 started 24 finished 11th.

September 11, 2005

The racing team traveled to Baerfield Speedway to compete in an ASA Late Model Race. The day did not turn out to be very good, Jason started 24th and the car did not handle very well in the race. After spinning on the back stretch the car got worse so they decided to call it a day.

September 17, 2005

The modifieds where racing at Manisfield Speedway in a big $15,000 to win. Jason started the race 24th out of 36 cars that made the race, (75 cars that qualified) and early in the race got caught up in a very big wreck that messed up the car. With a lot of work and help from another team they got the car back out without loosing a lap and came back to finish 11th!

September 2, 2005

The team traveled to Cedar Rapids Iowa for an ASA Late Model raace. Jason qualifed 8th and is starting on the pole. Jason will be traveling to Angola Speedway on Saturday Sept 3rd and Sunday the 4th. He will be going to Winchester Speedway on Monday the 5th.

August 21, 2005

The weekend did not go so well for the Dietsch Racing Team again this weekend. Qualifying was rained out so they started on points and with 13 laps to go Jason was running 10th and on a restart ran out of gas. The team was trying a new carborator which was using more gas. Jason will be racing the Howe modified at Mansfield Speedway Saturday August 27, 2005.

August 13, 2005

Dietsch Racing traveled to Jennerstown Speedway on Saturday. Jason felt a vibration in the car and was unable to finish the race.

August 7, 2005

It was a double header for the team this week. Friday was at Baer Field Speedway with the ASA Late Models. Jason qualified 19; started 26th, because he pulled the car off and worked on it after qualifying; and finished 9th. He took the new Howe modified to Angola Speedway to run it for the first time with the USA Modifieds and he set fast time, started second in the dash and finished second, started ninth in the feature and finished fifth. Next weekend is at Jennerstown PA.

July 23, 2005

The Dietsch Racing team traveled to Illiana Speedway to run in a rain make up race for the ASA Late Models. It was a hot 100 laps for the team. Jason qualified 9th started the race on the pole and finished 10th. For more info and the press release log on the the ASA Late Model website. Next race is at IRP, Saturday July 30th with the ASA Late Models.

July 16, 2005

Mainsfield race was rained out and will not be rescheduled.

July 2, 2005

The ASA Late Model race at Calhoun County did not go as well as Kalamazoo. Jason was 5th quick in practice but due to tire problems he qualified 35th and had to take a provisional to start the race. He started 20th and finished 15th. Next race is Mainsfield July 16th (ASA Late Model Series).

July 1, 2005

The trip to Kalamazoo to run in an ASA Late Model race proved to be a good one for the Dietsch Racing Team, Jason was fastest in the first practice heat and fourth quick in the second heat. He qualified second and started the race fifth. He moved into fourth and got caught behind a lap car at the end of the race and finished 6th. Calhoun County tomorrow.

June 25, 2005

Shadybowl was rained out. Next weekend is two ASA Late Model races, Kalamazoo and Calhoun County(Friday and Saturday).

June 18, 2005

The Dietsch Racing Team traveled to I-70 Speedway and competed in a 100 lap feature. Jason qualified 8th and started on the outside pole. He finished the race in FIRST PLACE!! Congrats Jason, great job. You can read the whole press release on the ASA Late Model Website. The next race is June 25th at Shadybowl Speedway.

June 11,2005

The team traveled to Kalamazoo Speedway today to race with the USA Modifieds. Jason started the race in 12th and finished 10th. The next race will be June 18th at I-70, this will be an ASA Late Model Race.

May 27,2005

Friday the Dietsch Racing Team traveled to Madison WI to race in the ASA late model he qualified 10th out of 46 and finished 14th. On Saturday Jason raced with the USA Modifieds and IRP in Indianapolis and qualified 9th, started 14th and finished 9th. The next race is at Illiana. The Calhoun County Race was canceled due to weather.

May 7,2005

Saturday at Baer Field proved to be a good start for the Dietsch Racing Team in the ASA Late Model Series. Jason qualified 21st out of 38 cars, he started 26th because of those who had provisionals where placed in front of him. He moved up to 10th by lap 87 and go involed in a spin and had to go to the tail. He made it all the way up to 16th by the end of the race. This is a very good finish for the team. Jason did not get to race in the USA Mod race due to not being able to run tires that where sold at the track that weekend. The next race is this Saturday May 14th at Calhoun County in Michigan.

May 5,2005

Well the fun will begin this weekend on Saturday May 7, Jason will be at Baer Field Speedway with his USA Mod and his new ASA Late Model. Both races will be on Saturday. We will post results as soon as we have them. LETS GO RACING!!!!

February 2005

Jason and the team took a car down to Ocala FL to race. Jason had to run the last chance race to make it into the feature. He finished first in the last chance race which put him in 18th place to start the feature and finished 11th. We do not have a final schedule for the 2005 season, but will post it as soon as it is final.

October 29, 2004

Jason had a great race at Atlanta he finished 10th out of 38 cars. It was a 60 lap race. The team of Beebe, Eddy, and Dietsch finished the series in 13th points standings.

October 28, 2004

Qualifing was rained out for the Atlanta ASA race so the race will start on points which puts Jason starting in 13th.

October 25, 2004

Jason raced at Salem Speedway on October 23, 2004 in the last points race for the USA Modified Series. During the race on a restart a rearend gear broke and Jason did not get to finish the race and ended up in 22nd place. This still puts him in 2nd place points to finish the year. Great Job Jason. Jason will be racing at Atlanta Motor Speedway in the last ASA race of the year on October 29, 2004.

October 16 2004

Jason competed in a non-USA Modified race at Kalamazoo Speedway. There where 64 cars that qualified and Jason qualified 3. He started the race in 8th position and finished 4th.

October 13, 2004

Jason Dietsch Racing traveled to Lowes Motor Speedway to compete in an ASA National Tour series race. Due to payouts not yet made available for the Kentucky race that Jason competed in in September, Jason decided to not compete in the Lowes race. The team will be traveling to Kalamazoo Speedway this weekend October 16 and 17 for a non-points modified race.

October 10, 2004

The race was a scheduled USA Modified Race at Anderson Speedway. Jason started the race in 6th position and finished 4th. Keep watch for race results.
